“Hôtel parfait, vous êtes chouchouté, le staff est aux petits soins, ils sont tous adorables, le cadre est magnifique: vous dormez en pleine jungle au bord du lac. La nourriture est excellente, le service complet, les chambres sont confortables: Luxe calme et volupté au rendez-vous. Vous pourrez nager au coucher de soleil sous les oiseaux qui volent au dessus de votre tête, tout en entendant les singes-hurleurs. “Amazing stay in the jungle, surrounded by nature - hummingbirds at breakfast, monkeys foraging in the trees above the hammocks each afternoon. Total relaxation, close enough to Tikal and a great nature hike with a couple of restaurants down the road. (the in-house options are wonderful) Our hosts were awesome - always smiling, helping in any way they could, cooking up delicious and reasonably priced breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The road to the hotel could be improved by the town as its rocky and the drive in slowed us down. Other than that great place, quiet, and extremely comfortable ”

It's the small things like remembering your name, if you take your coffee with cream or if you prefer a a certain sauce with every meal. If you need anything to your room someone answers promptly and takes it quickly. Everyone is so kind and the resort is simply amazing. Highly recommend to stay here. “Beautiful hotel in the middle of the jungle. Easy check in and out, friendly staff, they accept credit cards. The little house is spacious, has A/C, TV, working wifi, warm water, free parking. Would definitely recommend this place ”

“I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away……
